Why do we have an Architectural Review Committee?
The Architectural Review Committee is comprised of homeowners appointed by the HOA Board to review requests for changes to home exteriors and lots. The Review Committee is charged with helping to ensure Champion Park remains beautiful and well-maintained.
When do I need to submit an Architectural Review Form?
Architectural approval is required for all exterior changes to homes and lots. These changes include, but are not limited to, any renovations that will change the appearance of a home, including paint colors. Any new structures, including sheds, patio covers, and fences, must also receive approval before construction begins.
How do I submit an Architectural Review Form?
Requests for exterior changes to homes and lots must be submitted using the approved Architectural Review Form. Completed forms should be submitted to Valley Property Management at [email protected]. Instructions for submitting requests are also included on the form, which can be downloaded by clicking the button below.
