All properties and common areas within Champion Park are guided by a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s). This legal document is provided to each homeowner during financial closing, and each homeowner by accepting a deed or contract to purchase a lot in Champion Park agrees to abide by the CC&R’s. Any homeowner that choose’s to rent their property is obligated to provide the tenant with a written copy of these CC&R’s. The owner will be held responsible for communicating any non-compliance of this document to their tenant and ultimately with the resolution of any matters.
Champion Park also requires that all construction of fences, sheds, home improvements, etc. be reviewed and approved by The Champion Park HOA Board and/or an Architectural review committee.

A description of the Boards definition of a Commercial Vehicle as used in Article 4.21 of the Champion Park CC and Rs.
The Board of Directors of the Champion Park Homeowners Association passed the following definition of a Commercial Vehicle for the purpose of Article 4.21 of the CC and Rs on June16, 2009.
Commercial Vehicle in Article 4.21 will be defined as:
A powered vehicle used for commercial purposes or bearing markings identifying it as a commercial vehicle that exceeds any of the following:
1. Length: Greater than 240 inches
2. Height: Greater than 83 inches
3. Rated Gross Vehicle Weight greater than 10,000 pounds, for the vehicle alone.
Please note, trailers of any description, must be kept behind a screen, or in the garage.
