Champion Park HOA

Champion Park is a 112 acre community in the heart of the Treasure Valley offering distinctive individual homes, shared ownership of common areas and a sense of neighborhood.

Our community offers 363 home sites, including Champion Village Townhomes (a maintenance free community), conveniently located in beautiful Meridian, Idaho off Ustick Road between Eagle Rd and Locust Grove Rd.  The City of Meridian maintains a 6 acre neighborhood park within the neighborhood, Champion Park, which contains a sheltered picnic area, playground, basketball court, walking path, restrooms and plenty of open space.
